Preorders will be processed and shipped 2-3 weeks after your order has been placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Yes, payment is processed at the time you place your preorder to reserve your item. This ensures your item is secured and prioritized for shipping.
If your order is still processing and has not yet been packed and shipped, we may still be able to update your order. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at shop@artdrunk.com to submit an order update/cancellation request.Â
Please note that we can’t guarantee any change / cancellation requests once orders have been placed, but we will try our best to accommodate.Â
Once your order has already been packed and shipped, however, we will no longer be able to update or cancel. In that case, please refer to our Refund Policy or reach us at shop@artdrunk.com to inquire further.
Even if the delivery address is the same, we cannot combine shipping for orders from different platforms or with separate order numbers. Shipping costs in such cases are non-refundable. To ensure combined shipping, please place your order under a single order number.
We are currently in our soft launch phase and only shipping within Korea. However, we’re excited to expand to the United States, Europe, and other regions soon—stay tuned for updates!
For domestic (South Korea) delivery, shipping is carried out via standard courier at a fee of 3,000 KRW. We offer free shipping for order amounts over 100,000 KRW. For Jeju Island, remote areas, or island regions, extra charges may apply.
We typically process and package orders 2-3 business days upon payment completion. Products are then shipped in the order of processing and typically take about 5 business days to be delivered. For Jeju Island, remote areas, or island regions, delivery may take an additional 1-2 days.
If a product is out of stock and cannot be shipped, you will be notified separately. For temporarily out-of-stock items or bulk shipping exceptions, delivery times will be specified on the product detail page.
1. Exchange/Refund Policy
• All items must be requested for exchange/refund through customer service within 3 business days of receipt and must arrive back to us within 7 business days after registration. (Items sent without prior registration will be automatically returned to the sender.)
• For exchanges/refunds due to a change of mind, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the return must be arranged directly through the courier service.
• When returning items, please include the return application form and ensure the tags, stickers, polybags, and original packaging are intact.
• Minor issues such as loose threads, chalk marks, or irregular patterns from the production process are not considered defects.
• Exchange can be allowed only once.Â
• Exchanges are only available for size changes of the same item, subject to stock availability.
2. Cases Where Exchange/Refund Is Not Possible
• Damage caused by improper washing or handling.
• Items that cannot be resold due to passing the exchange/return period.
• Claims of defects based on subjective judgment (e.g., dissatisfaction with materials or finishing).
• Items whose value has been diminished due to use or partial consumption (e.g., wrinkles, washing, body odor, makeup stains, pet hair, or other contamination).
• Items that are contaminated, or if tags, free gifts, or other included components are damaged or missing.
• Items that have lost their value as new products over time.
3. How to RequestÂ
• For exchange or return, contact LOGISPOT via online reservation or by calling 1588-3770, and follow the provided instructions.
• Return Address: 4th Floor, 15 Hyoja-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, ArtDrunk Korea.
• When returning an item, include the refund request form and ensure the tags, polybags, and packaging are intact.
• Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund by default. Ensure that your buyer information is accurately provided when sending the item.
• Please take extra care to avoid losing shipping fees during the return process, as any loss will be your responsibility.
• For refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for both-way shipping costs.
• For defective or incorrect items, we offer free return services. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
• Return/Exchange Shipping Costs: Return (KRW 5,000 - if the total purchase amount still exceeds KRW 100,000 after the returned item(s), KRW 2,500 will be charged) / Exchange: KRW 5,000
If you return items using couriers other than LOGISPOT (including convenience store couriers), please ship them prepaid at your own expense. (Items sent as cash-on-delivery or without prior registration will be returned, and any costs incurred will be charged to the customer.)

4. Processing Time for Exchanges/Refunds
Once your returned items arrive at our logistics center, they will undergo sorting and inspection. If no issues are found, processing will take approximately 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
(1) Virtual Account, Real-Time Transfer, Bank Deposit: Refunds will be made to the account used for payment within 3–5 business days, depending on the bank’s schedule.
(2) Credit Card: Refund processing takes 3–5 business days depending on the credit card company and bank. If the payment has already been charged, the refund will be applied to the next billing cycle.
(3) Bank Transfer: Refunds will be deposited into the designated account within 3 business days from the return confirmation date.
(4) Mobile Payment: Cancellations can only be processed within the same billing month per the mobile carrier’s policy, and partial cancellations are not allowed. For refunds or cancellations beyond this period, you may be required to submit proof of payment, and the refund will be transferred to the account under the payer’s name.
